Chinese Bean Sprout Salad

Bean sprouts are cheap and delicious, and I wanted to eat a lot of them, so I made them into my favorite Chinese style salad.
My whole family loved it!

I recommend you heat the bean sprouts in water until it starts to boil. That way, they retain their delicious crunchiness!
The ☆ ingredients combine to make a great dressing, so if you have leftovers, try it on chikuwa fish sticks, crab sticks, glass noodles, seaweed, etc. For 4 servings. Recipe by Ryonchi

Ingredients

4 servings
  1. 1 bagBean sprouts
  2. 1Cucumber
  3. 4 sliceHam
  4. 2 tbspSoy sauce
  5. 2 tbspVinegar
  6. 1 tbspSugar
  7. 1 tbspSesame oil
  8. 1 dash☆ Salt and pepper

Cooking Instructions

    Quickly boil the bean sprouts, rinse to cool, and drain.

    Finely julienne the cucumber and cut the ham into long, thin strips.

  3. 3

    Mix together the ☆ ingredients in a bowl.

  4. 4

    Mix the bean sprouts, cucumber, and ham together with the ☆ seasonings and enjoy!
