Ingredients

  1. 1 cupGreen peas -
  2. 1Bay leaf
  3. 2-3Black peppercorn
  4. 1Chopped Onion small
  5. 1 tbspChopped Garlic
  6. 2 1/2 cupVegetable stock
  7. 1/4 tspThyme
  8. to tasteSalt and pepper
  9. 50 mlMilk
  10. 30 gmRice Flour
  11. 50 gmButter
  12. As neededCream - to garnish

Cooking Instructions

    Take a pan but some butter in it. As soon as butter melt put bay leaf, pepper corn, and chopped onion in it.

    Saute well and add chopped garlic in it. Allow it to cook properly then add green peas and little bit of thyme to it. And give it a nice stir.

    Add stock to the pot and do the required seasoning and allow it to cook for 7-10 min or till all ingredients get tender.

    Now strain it with the help of stainer and collect all the cooked stock in a separate container.

    Grind all the ingredients remaining in the strainer to a fine puree. Now again strain the puree and mix it with stock. Now cook it on slow flame and give it is a nice stir and do the required seasoning.

    Cook till it get thicken and serve hot and garnish it with cream.
