    Cook sliced onion,leek and celery gently in margarine without colouring

    Remove from heat,cool slightly

  3. 3

    Gradually mix in hot stock stir to boil,add well washed chopped mushrooms herbs and season

  4. 4

    Simmer 4 30 to 45 minutes add lil flour to make it thick

  5. 5

    It can be served as starter
