Chicken Curry
This recipe is for when you cooking for a large family.
Steps

Clean and cut the chicken into pieces, wash and keep aside.Add oil into a big pot on med heat, add the onions, jeera seeds, cinnamon stick and bay leaf.Fry till the onions are light brown.

Add the tomatoes and jeera powder, let it cook for 5mins. Add the curry leaves, masalas, garlic and ginger stir then add the chicken pieces, let it braise for 10mins.

Add the potatoes, salt and little water to cover the potatoes and let it cook till the potatoes are soft.Garnish with chopped dhanya.Serve with your choice of sides
