Ingredients

  1. 2 cupsAll purpose flour
  2. 1 tspDry yeast
  3. Milk 1/2 cup salt 1tsp
  4. 2 tspSugar
  5. 4 tbspButter(2tbsp for dough)
  6. 1egg
  7. 1 tbspGarlic minced
  8. 2 tbspScallion minced
  9. 1Egg yolk

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Add yeast in lukewarm milk and put a side for 10 minutes now add sugar salt and yeast mixture and form a sticky dough and add 2 tbsp butter in it

    Add garlic and scallion in butter and put a side

  3. 3

    When dough is double in size. Cut it in 16 equal part and roll it put butter mixture and fold it

  4. 4

    Now put it for 2nd profing and than apply egg yolk and bake it
