Ingredients

2to4 person
  1. Beetroot 2(300gms)
  2. 2-3 tbspGhee
  3. Sugar 1/2 cup(100gms)
  4. Almond 8 to 10 (finely chopped)
  5. Pistachio 8 to 10 (finely chopped)
  6. 1 tbspRaisins
  7. Green cardamom 5 to 6 (powder)

Cooking Instructions

    Take 2 beetroot washed peeled and grated

  2. 2

    Heat pan put 2 tbsp ghee as ghee melts

  3. 3

    Add a dry fruits such as roast for 1 minute

  4. 4

    Then keep in plate

  5. 5

    Then remaining ghee and grated beetroot stir and roast on medium flame for 2 to 3 minutes

    Add milk and mix it

  7. 7

    Cover and cook it on low medium flame for 5 to 6 minutes

  8. 8

    After 5 minutes keep halwa open and cook it until dried keep flame medium

  9. 9

    Dry again

  10. 10

    Add cardamom powder and sugar stir halwa

  11. 11

    Stir continuesly

  12. 12

    As the halwa is dried

  13. 13

    Add dry fruits and mix well

  14. 14

    Halwa is really nice and healthy please try
