Grind beetroot in a mixer.

When it's completely thickned and cooked well add cardamom powder and serve hot.

Now take a woak and add deshi ghee lightly roast almonds and cashwes. Now add beetroot purry in it and roast it till it becomes thick.

Once it's totally thicken add mawa and then mix well. Once it's thickened and mixed well then add sugar and let it dissolve completely.
