Ingredients

  1. 2 cupsplain flour
  2. 4eggs
  3. 1 tbspvanilla essence
  4. 1/2 cupbutter
  5. 2 cupspowder sugar
  6. 1/4 tbspbaking powder

Cooking Instructions

    Take a large pateela and put a steel stand upside down in it

  2. 2

    Grease the cake mold and keep it aside

  3. 3

    Beat the egg whites with hand whisk till become double in bowl and creamy in texture

  4. 4

    Now add butter and sugar and beat it add one by one egg yolks and beat then add vanilla essence

  5. 5

    Add plain flour, baking powder into the bowl

  6. 6

    Stir in clock wise direction

  7. 7

    Pour ready mixture into mould and put it in preheated pateela bake the cake for 60 minutes in very low flame

  8. 8

    Sponge cake is ready to serve with chaaye😋
