Ingredients

  1. 1/2 kgrice
  2. 1/2 kgmutton with bones boiled
  3. 2 glassstock
  4. 2medium potato cubes
  5. 2medium chopped tomatoes
  6. 1 tbspwhole garam masala
  7. 2 tbspgreen chilli paste
  8. 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
  9. 1medium onion sliced
  10. 2 tbspsalt
  11. 1 cupoil
  12. Dhania podina for garnish

Cooking Instructions

    Take a pateela put oil in it and add onion fry it take out half fried brown onion than add whole garam masala fry more

    Than add boiled mutton along with tomatoes and add ginger garlic paste and green chilli paste and bhunofy well

  3. 3

    Than add potatoes and stock in it cover with lid for cook when meat and potatoes r done add stock along with salt in it

    Than add soaked rice and get boil in it after that garnish with dhania podina and fried onion

  5. 5

    Put in dum on medium.flame serve with raita
