Ingredients

50 minutes
4 to 5 persons.
  1. For chicken stock:
  2. 1 kgchicken bones and neck pieces
  3. 12 cupwater
  4. halfteaspoon salt
  5. halfteaspoon blk pappar
  6. 1carrot sliced
  7. 1onion sliced
  8. 5 clovegarlic
  9. 2 inchginger sliced
  10. 5 tablespoonfresh Corriender
  11. FOR SOUP:
  12. 3thighs of chicken(boneless)
  13. halftsp salt
  14. halfteaspoon blk pappar
  15. 1 teaspoonginger finely chopped
  16. 1 teaspoongarlic finely chopped
  17. 3 tablespoongreen onion
  18. 5button mushrooms chopped
  19. 1carrot chopped
  20. 2eggs
  21. 3 tablespooncorn flour
  22. 1 tablespoonsoya sauce
  23. 1 tablespoonvinegar
  24. 1 tablespoonketchup
  25. 1 tablespoonhot sauce
  26. halfcup cabbiage shredded or thinly chopped
  27. fresh coriander for garnishing
  28. green chilli finnely chopped for garneshing

Cooking Instructions

    PROCEDURE TO MAKE CHICKEN STOCKk: Add all ingredients above noted for chicken stock.cook on low heat for 3 to 4 hours.strain and save for soups.

    PROCEDURE FOR SOUP:Add 5 cup of water boil thigh for 15 minutes or until tenders.when boiled remove from the pan.save chicken thigh stock.

    In a pan add 2 tablespoon olive oil fry ginger garlic for 30 seconds.add green onion then mushroom slices fry 30 30 seconds.

    Now add 4 cup of chicken stock of bones and 4 cup of chicken thigh stock.bring to boil.shred boiled chickken thigh.add in boiled soup.

    Now add cabbage and carrot cook for 2 minutes add salt blk papparsoya sauce vinagar ketchup and hotsauce.

    Add 3 table spoon corn flour mix with 5 tablespoon water add and mix well

    .cook for 45 second by stiring softly.add 2 beaten eggs.mix and cook for 30 seconds.

    Garnish with some fresh coriander and green chilles.Delicious and healthy winter treat szchuan soup is ready to serve😋😋
