Ingredients

  1. 1 cupdates
  2. 1 tbspcashew (crushed)
  3. 1 tbsppistachio (crushed)
  4. 1 tbspalmonds (crushed)
  5. 2cardimom crushed
  6. 1 tbspghee
  7. 3 tbspkhopra

Cooking Instructions

    Remove seeds from dates

  2. 2

    Take a pan soften dates by heating on low flame

  3. 3

    Add little water if needed. But be careful don't add lots of water.

    Now keep your dates pan aside

  5. 5

    Take another pan and heat ghee in it

  6. 6

    Add cardamom and cook just for 2 to 3 mints on low flame.Be careful don't overcook otherwise other will burn

  7. 7

    Now add crushed dry fruits and roast them

  8. 8

    In the end add dates and mix well

  9. 9

    Well it's cool down and your hands can bear make balls of small size

  10. 10

    Now coat balls with khopra

  11. 11

    Delicious dates balls are ready..enjoy with your family
