Ingredients

  1. 1 kgCarrots
  2. 10Almonds
  3. 10Pistachio
  4. 6Small cardamom
  5. 1 1/2 cupOil
  6. 2-3 cupsDry milk powder
  7. 1/2 cupChopped walnuts
  8. 2 cupsSugar

Cooking Instructions

    Peel and grate 1 kg carrots. Dry the water of the carrots.

    Then take 1 ½ cup of oil in the pan and add in 6 small cardamom

  3. 3

    Then add in grated carrots and cook it

  4. 4

    Add in 2-3 cups dry milk, 2 cups sugar and 1.2 cup walnuts and cook it. When the oil start separating, the halwa is ready. garnish it with 10 boiled almonds, 10 boiled chopped pistachio and silver paper. Serve
