Cooking Instructions

Aloo ki bhujiya Cut potatoes in triangle shapes, Then take a cooker add 2,3 tbs oil Then add salt, cumin seeds, chilli flakes, kalonji and let it cook for 2sec then add chopped potatoes in it with 3cups of water and put the lid on for 3mints when the pressure starts. After it's done check your potatoes if they are properly cooked or not. Now add corn flour in it to make it thick

Pooriya. Take 2cups of maida, add salt and gradually add water in it knead it for 5mints now make small small balls for pooriya Tips:don't make big size pooriya make them smalls in size Take a pan add oil for frying. Take a rolling pin roll one ball at a time and fry them on a medium heat and fry it until it turn little golden Served it and ENJOY
