For the preparation of caramel sauce, add sugar and water in it cook it under to light golden brown colour. Now add butter in it. turn off flame and add baking soda in the sauce. Baking soda makes the sauce light and fluffy.

For preparation of custard, take a pan and add milk in it bring it boil and add caradamom.Now mix custard in the little amount of water and add it in milk.Cook it until it thickens.Custard consistency should be medium.Not too thick nor too thin.

Now ground bread slices. When custard comes at room temperature, add two eggs and mix it well.Add bread slices and mix it.pour this batter in baking mould.

Remove the rubber and whistle of the cooker. Add water in it in such a way it touches the mould. Water prevents it to burn. when water starts boiling and cooker is preheated for 15 min, Place the mould covered with Aluminium foil or steel plate. Cook pudding for 40 min or until it sets.
