Ingredients

3-4 servings
  1. 1 cuppaneer (Crumble)
  2. 1large tomato chopped
  3. 1large onion chopped
  4. 1/2 cuppeas boiled
  5. 1 tspginger paste
  6. 1 tspCumin seeds
  7. 1 tspRed chilli powder
  8. 1 tspCoriander powder
  9. 1 tspgaram masala
  10. 1/2 tspamchur(dry mango) powder
  11. 1/2 tspturmeric powder
  12. to tasteSalt
  13. 1 tbspCoriander leaves
  14. 1 tbspoil

Cooking Instructions

    Crumble the paneer and keep aside.

    Heat oil or ghee or butter in a pan add cumin seeds and crackle them. Add onion fry for few minutes add ginger paste saute for a minute add tomatoes fry for few minutes.

    Now add boiled peas and all spices mix well add crumble panner covered and cook for 5 minutes.

    Switch off flame. Sprinkle Coriander leaves and Serve with parathas.
