Soak the rice for 3 hrs

After 3 hrs grind it with the grated coconut with removed black crust.

Make a very fine paste.

Add water to a thin consistency.add all 2 and a half cup water.

Add salt.

Batter should be thin consistency.

Grease the pan,pour the mixture and make a very thin dosa.

Add oil to the ends.

Let it cook till the dosa leaves the pan from the circumfrence.

Remove it from the pan.

Grease the pan again to make another dosa.

Serve it with regular sambhar and coconut chutney.
