The Krispy Kreme Experience! Melt-in-Your-Mouth Doughnut

I had a craving for Krispy Kreme honey glazed doughnuts and wanted to enjoy some at home!
So far, I think this recipe is the closest to KKD's version.
After the 2nd rising is completed, immediately fry them!
Glaze them first before you start enjoying your hot fluffy doughnuts!
If the dough is divided in 6 portions, the size of the doughnuts will be rather large. For regular sizes, divide the dough into 8 portions. Recipe by pogue

Cooking Instructions
- 1
Add the ☆ ingredients first into the bread machine. Next, add the ★ingredients. Sprinkle the yeast on top of the pile of flour, so that the yeast doesn't touch the wet ingredients. (Or place the yeast in the automatic yeast distributing compartment.)
- 2
Press start on the "pizza dough cycle" (60 minutes) of your bread machine. Or start the "bread dough cycle" and take the dough out of the machine after 60 minutes.
- 3
Divide the dough into 6 or 8 portions, and smooth out the surface and shape into rounds. Place the dough seam side down, cover with a damp cloth, and let the dough rest for 10 minutes.
- 4
With the palm of your hands, deflate the dough and reshape the rounds. Open a hole in the middle by using the nozzle of a piping bag or something similar. Expand the hole by putting your fingers into the hole and shaping them into doughnuts.
- 5
You will need 6 to 8 sheets of parchment paper cut into 16 cm squares. Place the dough on each sheet. Keep the paper intact when you fry them, this is to preserve the doughnut shape.
- 6
Cover with a damp cloth, and allow the dough to rise at a warm temperature until approximately 15 cm diameter or one size larger (this is the 2nd rising stage). (Or you could use the proofing setting in a microwave for 20 minutes.)
- 7
Heat the oil to 180°C and gently place the dough in the oil with the parchment paper still attached on top. Remove the parchment paper and fry by sticking a chopstick inside the doughnut hole and constantly moving your chopstick in circular motion.
- 8
They will puff up, so fry the doughnuts in small quantities. ☆ When the doughnuts are golden brown, flip them over and fry the other side. When both sides are golden brown, take them out of the oil.
- 9
【How to make the glaze】Just mix all the ingredients. ♪ ※ Be careful not to add too much water! Although it might seem too stiff to mix with a spoon, this is the perfect consistency.
- 10
It will be easier to glaze, if you make your glaze in a shallow container or a dish. Dip one side of your doughnut into the icing while it is still hot, and done!
- 11
Strawberry flavored version: Place all your ingredients in a microwave safe bowl and microwave for 30 seconds. Melt, mix and done.

I fervently wanted to eat doughnuts from a certain famous store chain...Since the ingredients are so close to what it takes to make bread, it's very fluffy. The dough is very soft, so when you go to fry it, put it gently into the pan.I wanted to make them slightly chewy and sticky so I tried using rice flour. However the texture turned out to be too hard, so I recommend you use bread flour. For 8 doughnuts. Recipe by sayata cookpad.japan -
Soft and Chewy Krispy Kreme-Style Donuts Soft and Chewy Krispy Kreme-Style Donuts
Krispy Kreme donuts are too far from me to buy, so I wanted to replicate their recipe. After many attempts I think this recipe comes close.Don't cover the donuts in plastic wrap for the second rise. For beautiful donuts take care when removing them from the wire rack. Use fresh oil when frying the donuts. If the oil temperature is too low, the color will be good by the donuts will be greasy, if the temperature is too high they'll cook too much and become hard. It's hard to get the temperature right. Please adjust the temperature as necessary. For 9 donuts. Recipe by koka mama cookpad.japan -

Authentic 'Mister Doughnuts' Baked Doughnuts Authentic 'Mister Doughnuts' Baked Doughnuts
My favourite treat is doughnuts! After lots of trial and error, I managed to mimc the taste of Mister Doughnuts! Unfortunately, when I originally tried cooking them in my 2 silicone doughnut trays they didn't work at all (The above picture shows what happened when I took them out of the tray. It was too late, and they didn't come out as nicely as I wanted.)They are very soft freshly baked, so if you are using a silicon tray, let them cool for a little bit before removal. Let them cool properly, and they will have a really smooth surface. By the way, I used a metallic tray.Use a ripen banana for ultimate results. Recipe by Aoisakana cookpad.japan -

I referred to a recipe from a malasada wagon, and adapted it so be easier to make in a home kitchen. It's a variation of "Melt-in-your-mouth Krispy Kreme style donuts".To stop the dough from rising, fry the donuts as soon as the 2nd rising is complete. The sugar doesn't stick well unless the donuts are freshly fried, so as soon as the oil has drained off, put the donuts in plastic bags.Coat the donuts one at a time. I have attempted so many bread type doughnut recipes. I took the best ingredient ratios, mixing then adding to pan, then coating, from several recipes.Try to use new oil to fry these! You can substitute the egg with milk, but they will begin hardening the next day.If the dough contains too much moisture, it will evaporate when fried and they will wither when taken out of the oil. Cute Little Doughnut Bites Cute Little Doughnut Bites
When I make regular old fashioned doughnuts in a tray, they are so prone to breaking up.These small ones are easy for small children to eat, yet it's adult-like and they are bite sized. They are easy to make and everyone can enjoy them.Since the shape is a bit chunky, it's better to make a circle of oil and gently move them around, rather than turning them over and over. Also they all turn out the same color. If you use a 18 x 27cm plastic bag, it's better than using a dough bag because when you roll it out the thickness will be just right.
