Dice your onions and fry them til golden brown.

Add the garlic and salt and simmer for 2 mins.

Add the beef, royco and water. Cook for 10 mins for the spices to blend in.

Turn off the gas. Add the chopped coriander to the meat and cover for a few minutes then mix.

Enjoy with mashed potatoes, rice, ugali or chapati. 😋
