  2. 1 tbspRed chilli flakes
  3. 1 tspgaram masala
  4. 1 and half tsp Salt
  5. 1 tspDania powder
  6. 1 tspZeera powder
  7. 1/2 tspBlack pepper
  8. 1 tbspKachri powder
  9. 1 tbspLehsan adrak powder
  10. 1/2 cupDahi
  11. 1 tbspHaldi
  12. 1 tbspGreen chilli paste
  13. batter for fry
  14. 1 cupBasin
  15. pinchSalt
  16. 1 tspPaprika powder

Cooking Instructions

    First add all masala in yoghurt and marinate chops.

  2. 2

    Whisk and dip chops and masala lagane ke baad 2 hours rest de for good marination.

  3. 3

    Add oil grease on the pan and steam for 1 hour as tender stir one or two times so that meat may not stick on the pan.

  4. 4

    As tender cool it on normal temperature and now make better and add water to make it's consistency not thick not thin.dip chop sticks and deep fry it in oil.

    Take out and serve hot it's really yummy.
