Alligator chili and beans Alligator chili and beans
I got challenged to a chili cookoff at my church here in Las Vegas. So I thought people in the desert don't eat much alligator meat so I got and idea. Oh well regardless at the father's day barbeque everyone had several bowls of this chili and are hitting me up for the recipe constantly. It's a new fan favorite that I recommend everyone attempt.
