Ingredients

  1. 1/2 cupHot water:
  2. 1 tbspInstant coffee :
  3. 3 tbspCastor sugar :
  4. 1 packOlpers cream :
  5. 2 cubeCream cheese :
  6. 4 tbspCondensed milk/Icing sugar:
  7. 1/2 tspVanilla essence:
  8. 2-3 tbspMilk :
  9. Rusk : as required
  10. 1/2 cupDark chocolate chopped:
  11. 1/2 packOlpers cream :

Cooking Instructions

    Dissolve instant coffee and castor sugar in hot water

  2. 2

    In separate bowl take olpers cream, cream cheese, condensed milk, vanilla essence and milk.Beat well till smooth and creamy

  3. 3

    Take serving dish, spread cream layer

  4. 4

    Now dip each rusk pc in coffee mixture and place it over cream layer

  5. 5

    Repeat layers till all cream mixture finish, last layer should be cream mixture

  6. 6

    Make ganache for topping.Microwave chocolate for few seconds till it melts, add half cup cream,mix well till smooth.

    Spread ganache on top

  8. 8

    For decoration,I place cake stencil on top and sprinkle icing sugar, just before serving

  9. 9
