Cooking Instructions

First of all in a pot add water, tea, sugar put all the ingredients together

After 2 minutes when the water started boiling you will see that all the bubbles are appear on top

At that time pour milk

Now wait for another boil when it started boiling just turn off the flame
- 5
I don't cook chai too much otherwise the taste will change and the fragrance of tea will also gone

Now strain the tea in your favourite mug or cup and enjoy !
