Cucumber pancake

I was hungry and feeling a bit crazy so wanted to experiment :)

Since I knew how to cook, I made a lots of pancake. I tried so many different recipes to receive a perfect pancake like I always seen in movies when I was a little child.And this recipe is the result of many year trying to make the same dish.

Wanted something for a snack had little to make anything to complex so I thought I'd try making crepes and add whatever I had in my fridge freezer for fruit and Walla this is what I came up with

I was in a yummy mood and decided to make pancakes 💚

I love pancakes that are fluffy but wanted something warm and hot.

There is no real measurement for each ingredient. I cooked this to use up all the left over I had a little bit here and there, so feel free to add any vegetables and protein you like.

My cake flour was about to expire, so I switched it out for bread flour.I discovered that bread flour makes really delicious pancakes!To make nice, round pancakes, pour the batter from a little above the pan. Recipe by Caramel

Habit forming oatmeal like flavour. A little bit goes a long way!

I wanted to make something sweet for my kids. So I took tofu, which is healthy, and kinako, which my daughter loves, and added them together to make a version of doughnuts that are fluffy and springy. My daughter thought they looked like something else. She said, "Ahh! These are pondy ring doughnuts!"Mix the tofu well! Until the ingredients are all smooth, keep mixing!
