Soft Bread Dough Soft Bread Dough
I don't remember exactly when I started, but I've settled on this recipe for bread rolls.Adjust the baking time and temperature depending on your oven.I made round bread rolls with this.If you want to make different shapes, divide the dough into desired portions in Step 3, and move on to shape the dough^^. Soft Yogurt Bread Soft Yogurt Bread
I don't like yogurt so much, but I want to eat it as much as possible, so I make breads or sweets using it.Letting the dough sit for a while at Step 4 lets the dough loosen up. If you don't let the dough sit for a while before rolling it out, the dough will soon shrink. This is the same reason to let the dough sit for 15 minutes at Step 2 after the 1st proofing. Mini Chocolate Bread Sticks Mini Chocolate Bread Sticks
I was trying to make a homemade version of my nephew's favourite store-bought snack. I think I've almost replicated it, except for the size. This is a very soft dough, so it's a bit hard to handle, but it will become smooth after a good bit of kneading. For 20 x 13 cm [7.9 x 5.1 in] breadsticks. Recipe by uronn cookpad.japan -
Fluffy Chewy Soft Bread Fluffy Chewy Soft Bread
I created this recipe because I wanted to make very light and chewy bread.I think this bread is softer than baby's bum! This recipe is too easy so there are no special tips, but please handle the bread gently since freshly baked ones are very tender. If you are eating these the day after they're baked, microwave them and they'll become light and fluffy again! Always Soft Basic Bread Dough Always Soft Basic Bread Dough
I took my usual sandwich bread recipe and shaped the dough. You can also use 180 g of strong flour and 20 g of cake flour. It so soft, it almost melts in your mouth when you have it just out of the oven (the white bread is especially soft). For the amount of sugar, use 10 g if the bread is a savory bread, and 20 g if making a sweet bread.During the fermentation process the dough will dry out in the bread case, so make sure to turn the dough over while removing any excess gas. After the first rise, it should weigh about 390 g. Fluffy & Soft Curry Bread Fluffy & Soft Curry Bread
Please try it out in anko bread or cream bread since it works with those as well .Please mash it up a little if the ingredients of the curry you are using are big.Use a small amount of curry when wrapping it up.Make sure not to let the oil from the curry get near the edges. I've made several burst by doing this! There have been many sacrifices! This is really important! Recipe by Runchan cookpad.japan -
Strawberry Yeast Bread Strawberry Yeast Bread
I tried this straight method, even though I wasn't very good it yet.Use your kotatsu (warm table) when making the fermented strawberry liquid, or letting your dough rise. If you have a bread maker, this is easy if you use the Hoshino natural yeast starter mode! When making the starter, add a little raisin yeast. Fermentation will be accelerated, and you won't waste any. Recipe by jirocho cookpad.japan -
Coppe-pan (Soft Bread Roll) With Honey Coppe-pan (Soft Bread Roll) With Honey
I thought a coppe-pan that had a honey fragrance should be tasty, so I tried making it.When forming the rolls, try not to trap any air bubbles on the inside. If you don't seal the seams securely closed, they'll come apart during the 2nd rising! If the tops are not browned enough, bake for another 5 minutes, or raise the oven temperature to 190°C first and bake for another 5 minutes. For 5 rolls. Recipe by yaburie cookpad.japan
