Ingredients

30 minutes
5-6 servings
  1. 200 gmChicken Boneless(shredded)
  2. 2 CupsChicken stock
  3. 1/2 CupCabbage chopped
  4. 1Carrot finely chopped
  5. 1capsicum chopped
  6. 3eggs
  7. 1/2 Cupcornflour
  8. 2 tbspnChilli sauce or as per taste
  9. 2 tbspnSoya sauce or as per taste
  10. 2 tbspnVinegar/Lemon juice or as per taste
  11. Salt to taste
  12. 1 tspChicken powder
  13. 1 tspBlack pepper powder
  14. 1 tspWhite pepper powder
  15. 1 tbspnsugar
  16. Water
  17. 1green chilli chopped

Cooking Instructions

30 minutes

    Boil 2 cups of water.

    Now add chicken stock, chicken powder and mix well.

  3. 3

    Then add spices, sugar, chicken and cook for 15-20 minutes.

    Now add chopped carrots, cabbage, capsicum and cook for 10 minutes.

    Add sauces and mix well.

  6. 6

    Beat eggs and add in the soup, stirring slowly and continuously.

  7. 7

    Now mix cornflour in a little water, avoiding lump formation, and slowly mix in the soup.

    Add vinegar/lemon juice in the end and cook for 10 minutes.

    In small bowl add vinegar, green chopped chilli and mix well.

  10. 10

    Serve hot with sauces and green chilli vinegar.
