Beef Nihari / Beef Stew 💛
#healthylunchLike any good stew, Nihari is cooked for hours for flavours to really enhance. I didn’t want to wait that long to dive into my nihari. So I used a pressure cooker. Blend the spices, add meat, spices and water and you have your nihari steaming ready in less than TWO hours. If you like,You can also cook Muttun stew using same process and same spices.Let's cook my one of favorite recipe 😊.

Nihari
Kashmiri chile is like super charged paprika! Red for days.

Pakistani Lamb Curry (Dumbay ki Nihari)
Modified from the recipe on Saveur. This recipe makes a curried lamb in a pressure cooker that cooks in an hour and falls apart in a spiced sauce. You could make this in a dutch oven instead, but it will take longer. The masala is made from whole spices, but you can substitute store bought. Serve over turmeric rice with minced cilantro and raita. I make my raita with curried fermented limes and Greek yogurt

Nihari😊(rich mutton gravy)
Very old n delicious dish of mughal times..#mycookbook

Crock pot beef butt roast
We eat a very strict diet in my family, so my mom's classic roast with potatoes and gravy is a no-no. I paired this with sweet potatoes, which were the inspiration for my spice combo. The flavor was fantastic, just need to tweak it a bit more to get that juicy texture everyone looks for in a roast.

Chicken bharta
This yumm creamy chicken recipe goes well with naan/parathas/rice.#bharta#chicken#gravy#indian

Balti Gosht
#post18 - This is a Pakistani style mutton curry called Balti Gosht, which is very popular in North India, Pakistan and UK. This yummy dish can be enjoyed with plain biryani, pulao, kulcha, naan or tandoori roti. It is unsure how the name originated. According to some sauces, it is derived from the fact that it was cooked / served in an iron wok resembling a balti (bucket). Few are of the opinion that it has it's origin from a place in Pakistan called Baltistan. Whatever be the reason, this yummy mutton curry is a must try recipe. #goldenapron

This is my entry for rice competition...Biryani, also known as biriyani, biriani, birani or briyani, is a mixed rice dish that originates from the Indian subcontinent though the exact origin of the dish is uncertain.biryani takes time and practice to make but is worth every bit of the effort. This is definitely a special occasion dish.Biryani has been and continues to be the favourite dish among Karachiites. It’s rare to find someone who doesn’t love the delectable blend of meat, rice, spices, and of course raita.

Chicken Stew
A stew is a mere culture, a chicken stew for morning breakfast refers to the wholesomeness to celebrate a festive moment. Celebrations never left without the presence of this coconut milk stewed meat. Vegetables cooked together with meat (chicken/mutton/duck/beef) is enveloped with richness and flavour. One among the dishes were the flavours improves the longer it sits. Slow cooked, simmered in low temperature stewing is always made in a covered pot which allows the favours to combine well.#chefeza

Beef Miso Soup
I love the Japanese Miso Soup. This is my take on it. :) Try it!

Five Spice Braised Beef with Daikon and Carrot
This is my spin on the traditional Chinese five spice braised beef by adding ingredients from the Vietnamese beef stew recipe. I guess you can call it Viet-Chinese fusion. You can also serve this with white rice instead of bread or put it over noodles with some beef broth and steamed bokchoy for a "beef noodle soup" It is a very versatile dish that you can make on a Sunday and eat its variations through out the week.

Beef Pho
Pho is an essential breakfast dish for Vietnamese people. The broth is carefully simmered to achieve a fragrant and sweet flavor from the bones, combined with the freshness of various spices. Just enjoying a bowl of pho provides enough energy for a busy day ahead.

Bhindi Do Pyaza
#reststyle - Any curry made in a Do Pyaza style comes out real yummy and superb. So do try this amazing Bhindi Do Pyaza with lots of onion, hence the name. It is an easy and a simple recipe. Make it a bit spicy and chatpata to be relished as a side dish. It is on the dry side and goes well with curd rice, sambar rice, rasam rice, dal chawal (rice & lentil) or with chapati / any Indian bread. This North Indian delicacy is very popular in many restaurants and dhabas. There are obviously many ways of preparing it, depending on each individual and family. So do try my version, which is a quick recipe and I'm sure you will like it. So Happy Cooking!!!

Beef and onion stew
This recipe started as a play on French onion soup. Now it's one of my favourite things to make (and eat) when the weather turns cold. For extra decadence, sprinkle the piping-hot stew with finely shredded gruyere before serving.

Beef curry
In case it's not obvious from the fact that I've now posted two recipes for it, I love Indian-spiced beef curry. Something about the combination of warm spices, sweet coconut milk, and tender meat really gets my engine revving. This version is much quicker than the previous one (no marinating required). It also has a slightly deeper flavour, thanks to the addition of garam masala and cumin. Differences aside, I love them both and would happily eat either any day.

Sesame Beef
Beef is one of my favourite dish, sesame beef simple cooking, and so nice. All you have to do is to prepare all ingredient u need, and i need also simple ingredients but still very juicy and tender.

Mangshor Korma (Bengali Mutton Curry)
#reststyle - This is a traditional Bengali style Mutton Korma / curry, where I have used large chunks of potatoes, as it is well known, Bengalis love them in each and every dish. And to think of preparing a mutton curry without it, is not easily digestible. Mangsho /Mutton is a very popular sunday menu in almost all Bengali bones and is equally relished in all Bengali restaurants too. Here in this particular version of mine, I added some roasted fresh coconut and fried onion along with the usual ingredients to make the dish more rich and aromat. It is relished either with plain steamed rice, poori or chapati. There is no ham in trying it out with jeera rice, khushka, naan, tandoori roti or any Indian bread. There are obviously many versions to this dish, where yoghurt or poppy seeds are also added according to individual preference.

My Beef Stew
Hearty, delicious, and easy to make, this old fashioned beef stew is a family favorite. Tender pieces of meat, veggies, and spices are cooked in a yummy broth for this classic recipe that everyone loves.
