Cooking Instructions

Cut the cabbage, wash & drain

Peel the back of the carrots, wash & grate.

Wash the cucumber, remove the seeds & cut into cubes. Mix it with the carrot & cabbage.

Cut the eggs in halves & remove the yolk. Cut the egg whites & add to the mixture. You can mash the egg yolks & add to it if you like.

Add mayonnaise & mix thoroughly. Add sugar & mix again. Ready to serve
