Clean the squid, let it drain, and cut it into bite-sized pieces. Marinate the squid with 1 teaspoon of seasoning powder, 1/3 teaspoon of MSG, 1/2 teaspoon of chili sauce, 1 teaspoon of oyster sauce, and 1/4 teaspoon of sugar for 15 minutes to absorb the flavors. Heat a pan on the stove, add a little cooking oil, and sauté the shallots until fragrant. Then add the pineapple and tomato and stir-fry. Continue by adding the squid and stir-fry over high heat to cook the squid without releasing too much water.
