Ingredients

  1. 8-10Roll patti
  2. 1/2 cupBoiled and shredded chicken
  3. 1 tspblack pepper crushed
  4. 1carrot cut in cubes
  5. 1small capsicum cut in cubes
  6. Halfcabbage sliced
  7. some Spring onions chopped
  8. Pinchgarlic powder
  9. 1 tbspsoya sauce
  10. 1/2 tspchilli sauce
  11. Chicken powder
  12. 1 tbspOil
  13. Maida and water to make paste

Cooking Instructions

    In a wok put oil,add spring onions,stir fry and add all veggies.

    Stir fry for sometime,add all the spices and sauces.
    Mix chicken

    Adjust seasonings and cook on high flame.put the stove off.

  4. 4

    Once it cools,put the mixture on manda patti,give shape of rolls and apply the maida paste.

  5. 5

    Deep fry the rolls and enjoy!
    Can be stored in freezer for a week easily.
