Cooking Instructions

Make 4 flat steaks from a chicken breast piece. flatter with hammer.

Marinate with spices given in ingredients

Heat grill, Add butter,add chicken steak. turn after 3 minute cook from other side for 2 minutes.done

Take all ingredients for mushroom sauce.add onion and mushroom in a pan with 2 tbsp oil.saute for 1or 2 minute on high heat.add 2 tbsp all-purpose flour. Cook for 1 minute.

Add milk little by little. Mix well.cook for 1 minute by whisking.add salt n pepper. Add cream.mix well.

Sprinkle pinch parsley.sauce is ready

For sauted vegetables. add butter n oil in a pan add carrot french beans broccoli.saute for 2 minutes.done.

For mashed potatoes add butter add boiled potatoes mix with 1/3bcup of milk.

Add cream. mix and cook for 1 minute by continuous stirring. done

Serve Chicken steaks with sauce veggies and mashed potatoes
