  1. 1 kgchicken
  2. 7-8tomatoes chopped
  3. 5-6green chillies sliced
  4. 2onions Finely chopped
  5. 1 cupghee or oil
  6. 1 tspNational Karahi Masala
  7. 1/2 tspblack pepper powder
  8. 1/2 tspred chilli flakes
  9. Salt to taste
  10. 1 tbspginger garlic paste
  11. Fresh coriander chopped for garnish

Cooking Instructions

    In ghee put chicken,salt and ginger garlic paste and fry the chicken.

    Now add chopped onions and fry for a while.

    Add chopped tomatoes and let chicken and tomatoes cook with lid covered.

  4. 4

    Once the masala starts to bhunafy,add all spices,green chillies.chopped and cook.

    Add coriander,green chillies,Serve with naan or chapati and raita.
