Ingredients

  1. 1medium size : cucumber
  2. 2-3spring onions
  3. 1 tbspn: fennel seeds
  4. Fresh dill
  5. 2 cups: white vinegar
  6. 2tspn : salt
  7. 1tspn : turmeric powder
  8. 2 tbspnwater

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Cut cucumber and spring onion into slices and sprinkle salt, mix well and keep it aside for 40 to 45 minutes, and rinse thoroughly afterwards

    In a saucepan take vinegar add salt, turmeric powder, and water into it and bring it to boil

  3. 3

    In jars add prepared cucumber and spring onion, fennel seeds and dill

  4. 4

    Pour boiled vinegar over it. Seal the jars, refrigerate until cool. Cucumber pickle is ready
