Ingredients

  1. Cucumber half kg
  2. Cauliflower half kg
  3. Onion half kg
  4. Green chillies half kg
  5. Carrots half kg
  6. Broccoli half kg
  7. 1 literVinegar
  8. Water half liter
  9. 1 tbspSalt
  10. 2 tbspSugar

Cooking Instructions

    Cut all vegetables as you like

    Boil all vegetables for few sec & drain water

  3. 3

    Mix water vinegar salt sugar let it boil

  4. 4

    Add vegetables & let it cook 10 to 15 min

  5. 5

    Let it cool fill jars & store in refrigerator for 6 months.
