Afghani vinegar pickle is common in varieties of Middle Eastern cuisine such as Arab cuisine, Turkish cuisine, and Iranian cuisine.
Cooking Instructions

Cut all vegetables as you like

Boil all vegetables for few sec & drain water
- 3
Mix water vinegar salt sugar let it boil
- 4
Add vegetables & let it cook 10 to 15 min
- 5
Let it cool fill jars & store in refrigerator for 6 months.
