Well as far as my love and cravings for pickle is concerned .....I love to have it in breakfast with crispy pratha...in lunch with trky wali Dal and in dinner with any kind of rice etc....
So I made this twice a week as I have a big family and every one loved them ....
You can add it in salads ,pratha rolls, zinger and shwarma.....

Cooking Instructions

Wash the cucumber 🥒 thoroughly and cut it with skin into thick strips

Now mix water and vinegar
- 3
Then put these striped cucumber 🥒 into a bottle add in water, vinegar and set it aside for 2 days

After 2 days they are perfectly pickled to enjoy 😋😋

I wanted to make a pretty sushi roll, and this is what I came with after trial and error. I don't think it is a waste of time to learn how to make sushi rolls.① Since the hot rice will soak up the sushi vinegar, please cook the rice so that it is a little hard. ② Ingredients that will dirty your hands should be placed towards the bottom so it is easier to roll. ③ You don't need to add white sesame seeds, but I like to smell the sesame as I bite into the rolls, so I always use it when I make sushi rolls.
