Ingredients

  1. 8 to 10Jalapeno peppers (large size thick green peppers can be
  2. quarter cupVinegar (apple cider or natural white)
  3. half cupWater
  4. 1 tbspSugar
  5. 1 tspSalt
  6. 3 cloves Garlic
  7. Pickle Cucumbers
  8. 2Cucumber
  9. quarter tspMustard seed
  10. 4 cloves Garlic
  11. quarter cupVinegar
  12. half cupWater
  13. 1 tbspSugar

Cooking Instructions

    Boil water vinegar salt and sugar together for 5 minutes.

    Take jalapeno peppers wash and pat dry completely. Now cut it into thick slices of equal sides no need to remove seeds.

    In a sterilize empty glass water add jalapeno slices with garlic cloves and pour the water vinegar mixture until peppers are completely submerged in it. Bring it to room temp and then close the lid and keep in refrigerator you can consume it immediately as well....

    They will start changing color which is completely normal.

    Same process for cucumber pickle I add pinch of mustard seeds in jar which is optional.
