Ingredients

  1. 1 kgmutton chops
  2. 1 bunchgarlic cloves
  3. 1 tbspginger piece
  4. 4-5button red chillies
  5. 2-3green chillies
  6. 4-5black peppercorns
  7. 1 tspsalt
  8. 1 tspcrushed red chillies
  9. 1 tbspvinegar
  10. 1 tspginger garlic paste
  11. 1 packetbreadcrumbs
  12. 2-3eggs
  13. 1/2 tspChaat masala

Cooking Instructions

    In a pot soak washed chops and put vinegar and ginger garlic paste and let it rest for 20mins

    Now in a pot take 3-4 glasses of water,put all spices,chops and let it boil and cook in this water until fully tender.

    Let them cool,then coat first in egg(seasoned with Chaat masala)then breadcrumbs and deep fry.
