Bhuna Gosht or Mutton Roast is a tasty Mutton recipe served along with roti or phulka.It is cooked with fried onions and tomato paste plus various aromatic spices which enhances it's flavours.

Bhuna Gosht or Mutton Roast is a tasty Mutton recipe served along with roti or phulka.It is cooked with fried onions and tomato paste plus various aromatic spices which enhances it's flavours.
Cooking Instructions

In a pan heat clarified butter. Add Cloves, Cardamom, Cinnamon sticks, Cumin seeds,Black peppercorns and fry these for 10-15 seconds.
Now add ginger garlic paste and fry till raw smell disappears. - 2
Add mutton and salt. Fry it well till color of mutton changes.

Now add Red chilly powder,Turmeric powder, Coriander powder,Cumin powder,
Black pepper powder. Roast them well add little water if required. - 4
Now add fried onions and Yogurt, green chillies and mix well.
Add a glass of water and cook till mutton is tender.

When mutton is tender and water is completely dried then add tomato paste of two tomatoes.
And cook for 10 minutes then add dried fenugreek leaves - 1 tablespoon and
juice of half a lemon. - 6
Mix well cook for a minute and tasty Bhuna gosht is ready.
Serve it hot with roti / rice.
