Ingredients

3 to 5 day

  1. 250 gmgreen gram (moung bean)
  2. Water as required

Cooking Instructions

    Wash the lentils nicely in 3,4 times..And drain out all water,

    Now add clean water and soak it about 2,3 hurs (lentils should be in double size)

  3. 3

    After 2,3 hour drain out water and keep in strainer for few minutes to drain out all water completely,now shift this soaked lentils in a bowl cover it nicely and keep it in dark place.

    Day,01 (24 hur)

    Day 03
    If you want more longer keep it for more 3,4 day in same condition

    Bean Sprouts is ready,store in a Ziploc bag and freeze it,use it according to your desire 😊

    Note: you can make more different sprouts,like white chickpea, black chickpea, whole black lentils (sabut masoor) red kidney beans, black eye bean,etc in a same method
