    Sab se pehle beef wo wash krlen ache se

    Ab oil lain usme beef fry karein golden brown phir usme ginger garlic paste add kijye

    Ab isme ginger strip or green chillies add krden half or achy se kasai karein 15 minute

    Ab isme saray masalay add krden or bhunai karein 10 minute ab isko galne k liye rkhden

  5. 5

    Ab jab gosht gal jay to isme tomatoes add karein or thora sa curd add krden or phir 15 minute chorden galne k liye

    Jab tomatoes ghul jayn to isme ab ham karahi masala add krengy or isko bhunengy

  7. 7

    20 minute tak achy se bhunty rahengy jitna karahi ko bhunengy utnaa taste aygaa uske bad oil uper ajayga phir stove ko off kar ke karahi to platter m serve krden mazedar karahi ready uper se green chillies lagaden..
