Ingredients

  1. 1/2 CupOil
  2. 6Onion Sliced
  3. 1/2 KgBeef
  4. 1 TBspGinger Garlic Paste
  5. 8-10Red Chilli Whole
  6. 2Black Cardamom
  7. 1Cinnamon Stick
  8. 10Black Pepper
  9. 1/2 TspCumin Seeds
  10. 1Bay Leaf
  11. 6-8Cloves
  12. 1&½ Tsp Red Chilli Crushed (or to taste)
  13. 1 TspSalt (or to taste)
  14. 1 TspCoriander Powder
  15. 1/2 TspTurmeric
  16. 2-3Tomatoes (Chopped)
  17. 2 CupsWater
  18. 3-4Green Chillies
  19. 1/2 CupYogurt
  20. 1/2 TspWhole Spices Powder
  21. 1 TBspFresh Coriander

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Heat Oil in a pot and Add Onion fry them until light brown on low flame.

    Add Beef, Ginger Garlic paste And fry for 4-5 mins.

    Add Spices Red chilli Whole say lay kar Turmeric tak Sab spices ek sath add hon gay, Add some water and give it a Good Mix.

    Add tomatoes mix well. Tomatoes are added for color.

    Add 2 Cup of water and mix. Cover and cook until meat is tender on low flame. (You can additional water to tenderize meat).

    Add Yogurt and cook until water dries and oil separates.

  7. 7

    Add Green Chillies mix well.

  8. 8

    Sprinkle Whole Spices Powder.

  9. 9

    Serve and Garnish with fresh coriander.
