I got this karahi challenge ball from my friend dear Mon o Salwa.Sorry I got little late in making as was busy.
I followed her recipe which turned up tasty, but added some onions, as in my home everyone likes masala in karahi besides I added roasted zeera and butter.
It turned out very delicious.

Ingredients

2_4 servings
  1. 500 gmslamb meat
  2. For Marination
  3. 1/4 cup dahi
  4. 1 tbspGinger garlic paste
  5. 1 tspsalt
  6. For Masala
  7. 1small onion chopped
  8. 1 tspred chilli crushed
  9. 1 tsppaprika /Talhar mirch
  10. 1 tspblack pepper crushed
  11. 1 tspzeera roasted and crushed
  12. 8tomatoes halved
  13. 1 tbspGinger julieline
  14. 1 tbspbutter
  15. 1/4 cup oil
  16. Fresh dhania to garnish

Cooking Instructions

    Wash and Marinate meat in dahi, salt and ginger garlic paste keep it for 40_ 50 mins

    Heat oil and saute onions to pinkish, than add Marinated meat and cook.

    Add tomato (cut in halves) add masalay n cook covered

  4. 4

    After 10 mins open lid and take off tomatoes skin if they are soft. Mash them with spoon.

    Cook till meat tenders, add few green chillies sliced, ginger julieline, qasuri methi and cover on dum for few mins than fry it very well (bhunai bohat zarori hay) till oil comes up add roasted zeera and mix.

    Add butter, karahi is ready garnish with ginger strips, green chillies and dhania.

    Serve with naan and Raita.
