Ingredients

  1. 500 gmMutton
  2. 1 cupOil
  3. Tomatoes 5 to 6(without skin)
  4. to tasteSalt
  5. 1 tbspCrushed black pepper
  6. 1 tbspGinger garlic paste
  7. 1 cupWater
  8. 1 tspGaram masala
  9. 1 tspMeethi
  10. For garnish
  11. Coriander
  12. Green chillies
  13. Ginger julian cut

Cooking Instructions

    In a karahi add water g.g paste mix add heat

  2. 2

    GarnishgagaaAdd meat and cover the lid and cook for 20 mins

  3. 3

    Add tomatoes salt and black pepper and cook the meat and bonofy till meat tender

  4. 4

    Add garam masala powder and sukhi meethi and give dum.

  5. 5

    Garnish with coriander ginger & green chillies
