Herb crackers with cheese and veggies

When your kids bring some crackers home on grocery day, but they are literally not even looking at them later.. Or you have just forgotten them in your pantry.. Then this can be a very delish option to serve the kids or guests.
We used to make this snack in Kuwait. And for a long time I was thinking of making it again here. Last time I went for grocery, my niece was with me and she wanted to buy these crackers. So I bought the whole box of tikki packs. Now after days passed, we got bore of eating it plain.
I made these and within seconds all crackers were whooof 💨

Cooking Instructions

On a big plate or tray set the crackers, spread some cream cheese, cut the cheese slice in 4 and set on it.

Set all the vegetables and pom seeds. Top with fresh mint to add a beautiful colour and taste.

Serve at tea time and enjoy! Or just munch it while you are assembling it 😋😋😛
