Ingredients

30 minute
5 to 6 person
  1. 2 cupBlack chickpeas (boiled)
  2. 2medium potatoes (cubed and boiled with salt and yellow food color)
  3. 1 1/2 cupyogurt
  4. half cupgram flour
  5. 1 tbspRed chilli powder
  6. 1 tbspChilli flakes
  7. 1 tspZeera powder
  8. 1 tspDhanya powder
  9. 1 tspGaram Masala
  10. 2 tspHaldi
  11. Salt according to taste
  12. 4 tbspTamarind pulp
  13. half cupTomato paste
  14. 1 smallDiced onion
  15. 1 tbspGinger garlic paste
  16. 15 to 20Curry leaves
  17. for Garnish
  18. Chopped coriander leaves
  19. Few green chillies
  20. Papri
  21. Chat masala

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    In a deep pan add 2 tbsp oil and chopped onion  fry for few mints or until it becomes transparent. Add ginger garlic paste, curry leaves and fry for few seconds

    Add black chickpeas and potatoes. Now add tomato paste and all the spices. Mix it and Cook for 10 to 15 mints. Then add tamarind pure and cook for few more mints.

    In a blender, blend together yogurt, few curry leaves and gram flour with approximately 2 to 2.5 cups of  water. Add this gram flour mixture into chickpeas and cook for 15 to 20 mints.
    Serve and garnish with papri, coriander leaves, green chilies and chat masala. Enjoy 💖
