Ingredients

  1. For Chicken Marinate;
  2. 500 gmsboneless chicken cubes
  3. 1 tspsalt
  4. 1 tspblack pepper powder
  5. 1 tspRed chilli powder
  6. 2 tbspcornflour
  7. 1/4 tspmeetha soda
  8. 1 tspwhite pepper powder
  9. 1egg
  10. For Sauce;;
  11. 2 tbspoil
  12. 1 tbspfresh ginger garlic chopped
  13. 3 tbspsoya sauce
  14. 3 tbspWorcestershire sauce
  15. 3 tbspoyster sauce
  16. 3 tbspketchup
  17. 2 tbsphot sauce
  18. 1chicken cube / 1 tsp chicken powder
  19. 2 tbsphomemade chilli oil
  20. Veggies;
  21. 1capsicum
  22. 2carrots
  23. Cabbage
  24. If you like add onion too

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Marinate chicken cubes with salt, black pepper powder, corn flour, egg, red chilli powder, meetha soda & white pepper powder. Keep it for a while.

    Stir fry chicken in little oil.

    For sauce ;; Take oil in a pan add chopped ginger garlic and stir fry.

    Add all sauces along with chicken cube. Add salt to taste as cube and sauces have salt in them.

    Stir fry veggies & divide spaghetti in three proportions. Boil water keep one part plain, add in yellow colour in second and orange colour in third part. You can also make it simple.

    Mix chicken and veggies with sauce and drizzle chilli oil on top. Serve hot.
