Ingredients

  1. 1/2 cupchana dal (soaked)
  2. 1/2 kgbeef mince
  3. 1/2 tbspginger garlic paste
  4. To taste salt
  5. 1 tbspred chili powder
  6. 1/2 tbspred chili flakes
  7. 1/2 tspturmeric powder
  8. 1 tspcoriander powder
  9. 3 tbsptomato and onion paste

    In a wom add water and chana dal and cook it till dal become soft.

    In another pot heat oil saute ginger garlic paste. Add mice and saute 2 to 3 minutes.

    Then add all spices and cook till spices mix well. The add tomatoes and onion paste and cook till oil separates.

    Drain the dall and mix it in mince. give it a good mix. Cover and cook on low flame for 5 minutes.

    Serve with naan or boiled rice.
