    Chanay blend kar k rakh lain

    Abb thora qeema l k chapli kabab ki tarah banain n anda iss main rakh k qeemay sy achi tarah band kar lain.
    Issi tarah dosray bana lain pehlay 1 fry kar k dekha toot to nahi raha 😜😊
    Phir dosry fry kiye baqi qeemay k chotay koftay bana liye 😊

    Abb 2, bari elaichi 2, choti elaichi 8, 10 dany kaili mirch k 1,tbsp zeera 4,5 long 1 tukra dar cheeni ka sab ko oil main 1mi t bhonain n tamater, piyaz ka paste dal k 5 mint tak pakain

    Phir iss main masalay dal k achi tarah bhonain.phir dehi dal k thora 2,3 mint bhonain phir Koftay dak k 3,4 mint bhon lain.

    Jab kotay bhon jayin to 2,3 glasspani dal dain ya apny hisab sy dalain jitna aap ny shorba rakhna hai pani dal k 15,20 mints halki aanch pe paknay dain.

    SERVE
    Koftay ready hain.hara dhaniya hari mirch dal dain n tandoori roti k sath serve karain.
