Specially in Eid UL Adha we use to grind green chillies with ginger garlic .. It helps in quitting/removing the fresh meat aroma..

I used Bara wala Garlic and yes it doesn't turn green as I use oil while grinding the paste.. Even if I made it without chillies..

Ingredients

  1. 250 gmGarlic
  2. 100 gmGinger
  3. 100 gmGreen chillies
  4. 1/8 cupoil
  5. 1/8 cupwater

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Wash n cut green chillies n Ginger

  2. 2

    Garlic as well..

  3. 3

    Add to the jar

  4. 4

    Did twice makes 2 jars..

  5. 5

    Now add oil and water..

  6. 6

    Grind it..

  7. 7

    Consistency

  8. 8

    Ready

  9. 9

    Second batch.

  10. 10

    Done.. good to go for 15 to 20 days 😊

    Use one at a time.. keep the rest in refrigerator..
