ہنڈیا میں گھی گرم کر کے اس میں پیاز،گوشت،دہی اور سارے مصالحے ڈال کے ان کو اچھی طرح مکس کر کے۔ ایک گھنٹہ رکگھ دیں۔

ایک گھنٹے بعد اس کو تیز آنچ پہ رکھ دیں۔

جب ہنڈیا گرم ہو جائے تو آنچ ہلکی کر کے اس کو دم پہ پکائیں۔تقریبا چالیس منٹ لگیں گے،جب گوشت گل جائے تو بھون لیں۔
- 4
پھر ہرا دھنیا چھڑک کے اس کو ہانڈی میں ہی پیش کریں۔
