Shalgam is also one such Vegetable along with fresh Green Peas that are predominantly available in Winters. And what i have done here is to make some delicious and scrumptious Parathas using these two. I have added everything to the Wheat flour directly in these lip-smacking Parathas.
It can be enjoyed both with Veg and Non-Veg preparations. Or a simple Raita or Curd or even a Pickle.
These both are the most simplest and the most loved Vegetables too.
Easy to make and perfect for everyone on any day. Makes for a perfect Breakfast on a lazy weekend or a filling and a healthy meal for Lunch or Dinner on weekdays. It's perfect for anytime. Tastes great with just a few simple pantry staples.
Not only is it healthy but it also is delicious with some Curd and Pickle. White Butter is also an amazing accompaniment to these lovely looking nutritious Parathas.
